A risk assessment has been carried out and it has been decided that the play area will open on 4th July, subject to regular checks to ensure strict adherence by users to all the rules – otherwise closure has to be considered.
The Parish Council will not be cleaning the play equipment. It is essential that parents, guardians, carers and users sanitise their hands and the equipment before and after use.
Keep a distance between persons of 2 metres where possible.
To enable social distancing the Parish Council has arranged removal of:
Two swing seats from the 4 bay swing
One cradle seat from the 2 bay cradle swing
The zip wire seat
Please restrict the amount of time you use the play area so that all can enjoy this facility. The following equipment may have ONE family unit using it at any one time:
One family unit only to use each bench seating at one time. Please do not eat or drink within the play area – move away to another area of the Green if you wish to eat or have a picnic.
These guidelines will be reviewed to ensure strict adherence by users to all the rules – otherwise closure will be considered.
