The Tendring District Local Plan: Issues and Options Consultation 2015

Tendring District Council will be undertaking six weeks public consultation on the ‘Tendring District Local Plan: Issues and Options Document’ commencing on 1st September 2015 and ending on 13th October 2015. The purpose of this consultation exercise is to invite comments on what the new Local Plan for Tendring should contain. During that time, any interested party will be welcome to put forward their comments. The Issues and Options Document contains a number of questions that should help to assist people in making their comments which will be considered when the Council prepares its new Local Plan.

A representation form can be downloaded from the Council’s website to assist people making comments, but comments in the form of a letter or e-mail will be accepted. Please note that following the close of the consultation and once all of the comments have been processed, all responses will be made publicly available for view.

Local Plan Issues and Options 2015 – Letter to Town and Parish Councils (2)

Station Field Planning Application 14/01750/OUT – Meeting with the Developer

The Parish Council has scheduled a meeting at 7pm on Thursday 10 September 2015 at the Village Hall with Edward Gittins & Ass to discuss the developers progress with the outline planning application for the location named Station Field east of Plough Road, Gt Bentley.

This will be an informal meeting that will form part of the developers consultation process. The Council has agreed to allow members of the public to attend with a ‘listening only’ brief. This is not a public meeting.
